Our monthly fee covers comprehensive single-family home management for your Paradise property, from rent collection to legal compliance. This includes automated rent collection with online payment options (portal, ATM, ACH, credit card, and payments at 7-Eleven, CVS, and Walmart), 24/7 emergency maintenance coordination with vetted local vendors, three property evaluations (pre-move-in, mid-term, and move-out/renewal), tenant communication and conflict resolution, 24/7 AppFolio owner portal access with real-time financial reports, monthly owner statements, lease enforcement, HOA violation monitoring through our dedicated HOA department, and legal compliance. For Paradise specifically, older homes need more maintenance attention — the area's age and density mean plumbing, electrical, and structural issues are more common. Owner payments are disbursed between the 9th and 13th of each month via ACH direct deposit.
