What we look for in every application.
Our 7-step screening process applies to every rental. The criteria below are the baseline — individual property owners may set additional conditions (pet restrictions, voucher programs, etc.).
Credit check
Credit history review with a minimum score floor. One piece of the full picture, not the only one.
Income verification
Documented monthly income of at least 3× the monthly rent. Multiple applicants' income is combined.
Rental history
Landlord references from the prior two tenancies. We call.
Eviction & criminal history
Nationwide eviction record and criminal background check, processed per Nevada FCRA guidelines.
Typical review time from complete application to decision: 2–3 business days. Non-refundable application fee applies per adult applicant.
