Pay from your computer or any mobile device using any major credit or debit card through your Innova portal. ACH, card, and retail cash options (7-Eleven, CVS, Walmart) all accepted.
$75 credit per HOA or code notice.
Save $75 once per lease term if you receive a non-compliance notice from an HOA or City Code Enforcement. Resolve it promptly and the credit is yours.
$2,000 toward your next purchase.
When you're ready to buy your own home, Innova will contribute up to $2,000 toward the purchase if you buy with us. A real benefit for renters who plan to own.

Instead of a single point of contact, notify a full team. Submit work orders through the dedicated maintenance portal online — visible to every team member who can help.

Deposit protection.
If the property you're renting is foreclosed for any reason outside your control, we guarantee the protection of your security deposit.
No autopay transaction fees.
Third-party transaction fees are paid by Innova on behalf of all our tenants who set up autopay. Rent goes through clean, and the fee doesn't land on you.
One late fee waiver.
Oversights happen. Let us know and we'll apply your once-per-lease-term one-time late fee waiver. After that, the standard late fee applies.
